Neighborhood is Most Like Davidsonville
The description here leaves out a lot of important information about the community. This is a Patuxent River Community with water access via the MNP-PCC. Much farm land, trees, and a real sense of privacy. This community is most like Davidsonville, MD or Potomac, MD in terms of its seclusion. All homes are custom built for the most part; only one McMansion tract. This is an unknown paradise on the river.
