Love living here. Many reasons but the one that stands out is the amount of green space. Built when land was cheap, these houses are not three feet apart like newer developments.
Also path around large lake is great place for dog walking.
Have lived in Rainberry Bay for several years, first in a larger home with my husband, now in a smaller home by myself. People are thoughtful, active and have become good friends. Rainberry provides me a great place to provide services for my neighbors, express my own creativity and keep very active. It is like living in a small town with 900 homes and many activities. People care about their neighbors and come forward whenever needed. I feel safe, cared for and valued as I traverse this time as a widow.
