Worst possible place to live !

Pierce B
Read the other review, I only will add that is everywhere in the neighborhood. Terrible management. Worst possible neighborhood. Gates always broken and no guard now to conduct traffic. Stay out and away . Houses are cheaply made too and overpriced..

Buyer Beware!

This place is a nightmare. It looks nice from the outside, but everything from the neighbors to the management company to the actual buildings are terrible. There is NO parking. If you have a townhome, you can ONLY park in your garage or you will be towed without notice. Good luck to anyone who makes the poor decision to live here. I'm trying to get out, but there are too many homes for sale. Rats trying to leave a sinking ship.
