Family Friendly Neighborhood

We built in this subdivision over a year ago and have been so pleased with every aspect of the Raleigh Creek Community in Tomball. The Tomball School District has been rated as one of the best districts in the state and all three of our children have graduated from Tomball High School. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a family-friendly atmosphere to look no further than Raleigh Creek. Great Neighborhood- Amazing Schools- Fantastic City

A community to call "home"! My family and I moved in 4 months ago and we have zero regrets. I call Raleigh Creek, "a little piece of heaven". I absolutely love this community and the people that live here. I feel so safe and secure here. Every day I drive into the neighborhood I cannot help but smile and think to myself how blessed I am to live in such a peaceful and tranquil community. Raleigh Creek is truly a hidden gem in Tomball Texas. And not only is the community great, but the small town life in Tomball is amazing!! If you are looking for a family oriented place to live, look no further! Love my "home"!

I can say for fact that the 3 reviews below were at one time warranted and accurate, however, that is not the case anymore. I have been in Raleigh Creek for the past 2 years and the community has done a complete 360 turn around. From the reviews listed below It is only right for current residence as well future residence to have an updated review on the progress not the regress of Raleigh Creek. The Pool was completed and open in Aug. 2019. The pool is in fact deep enough to enjoy with your family and friends along with a splash pads for the little ones. If you would like more information regarding Raleigh Creek you should visit the community!! Please do not judge this hidden gem of a community from the VERY FEW unhappy homeowners.

Look at stats on neighborhood . Over the past 3 years Prices have fallen about 100K, homes are now cheaper and lower end construction. 3 builders have pulled out of neighborhood in less than 3 years. Developer controls HOA and changes deed restrictions at will. 3 years later still no pool but fyi.... it's not a pool it's a "splash pad that is only Deep as your shins" research the PID and interest rate charged. Calculated over 15 years you pay an additional $40000 on top of your taxes. YOU CANT HAVE ANY GUESTS PARK IN DRIVEWAY LONGER THAN 3 HOURS. READ THE DEVELOPERS RIDICULOUS EVER CHANGING RULES THAT CHANGE AT HIS WHIM. ITS NOT YOUR HOME. look closely at the entrance. 4 months in the later part of 2017, there was only one working light bulb. The dripping rust stains with chipped discolored paints welcome residence and residence have asked for it to be fixed.
