Aging, Poorly Maintained Community
Location is great. High HOA fees. Water off too often from old pipes bursting. Poorly built in the 60s, you hear your neighbors. Bad plumbing. Clogged pipes need plumbers on a regular basis. Grounds and landscaping is disgusting. Strangers wander around at night stealing from cars and yards. Pool is gross. Community stinks from inconsistent trash pickup and smelly dumpsters. Homeowners take little pride in community, most live there for short time and sell. If you want an old and noisy condo run poorly but great location, buy here.
