Community very close to Sahuarita Landfill located on S la Canada Drive...When I asked a sales agent about it, I was told the nearest landfill was 10 miles away. This is a "gated" community, but the gates are wide open during the day..Obviously the Developer is running the show and keeps the gates open so contractors can come and go at will.... Home construction quality is average and many homes are really close to the highway (I-19) and traffic noise is very disturbing.....

I've enjoyed living here the past two years and have made many new friends. I am very active in community events and clubs and it's helped me meet people who share my interests. I can honestly say I never would have expected to enjoy being so busy but all the activities here are so much fun I don't want to miss anything!
