Regent Place is an authentically MCM beauty
I’ve had an infatuation with the Regent Place building since I moved to Jax 35 years ago so when my husband I had an opportunity to buy a unit we didn’t hesitate. The structure itself is MCM and well built. One just knows it will always have a nice presence on San Jose Blvd, one of the most sought after streets in Jax. After 4 years of owning a unit, we find that it is well maintained and the community is very nice. I feel that we own a piece of history love the quiet area which surrounds the building. Recently, a new roof was added (without an assessment) and the elevator was updated with plans to update the other, also without an assessment. All in all, Regent Place is an excellent investment and of great interest to those who want authentic MCM.
