RENTER/BUYER BEWARE
RENTER BEWARE!!!!! this community is the worst I have ever experienced. There are bullies who live in this community who harass other residents through verbal abuse and through intimidation. Other residents seem to enable those to intimidate others on a daily basis and seem to encourage the toxic behavior despite there being so many young children who also live in this community. Bad examples and bad behaviors are being bred here.
Parking is supposed to be reserved and is very limited but majority of residents and guests ignore reserved parking and park wherever they deem appropriate, reserved for someone else or not.
The management company is never seen or heard of, actually located in a different city. Showing further neglect of their property. Many gates on this property do not function properly and when Mgmt is contacted, nothing changes. The dumpsters are overflowing as trash is not picked up as frequent as it should, also residents do not put their trash inside the dumpster but around it also causing additional issues that mgmt does not address, including animals being attracted to the outside garbage.
The property is ridden with stray cats and kittens. Saying there are over 50 cats is an understatement.
I wish I knew prior to moving in what a toxic environment this community is.
