Rincon Hill

Rincon Hill’s history dates back to San Francisco’s earliest days, but it is now included as part of the newly named East Cut neighborhood. In 2005, the city initiated an ambitious revitalization plan to make Rincon Hill primarily a residential neighborhood. Today, development continues as new condo buildings are complimented with pocket parks, green landscaping, and ground-floor retailers.
