Established community,newly refreshed landscape,walking distance to public transportation, college of Southern Nevada, and plenty of stores. The Floorplan is 2story with private gated porches and has covered personal psirens. Very quite neighborhood, hardly ever hear sirens. Ease of access to interstate 15,215, with connecting interstates and about 7 min to the strip

We pay $125 a month and all we get is a brief clean up every Tuesday. The workers just blow trash everywhere with there blowers and go home. There is graffiti in the wall the shape of a penis thats has been there for almost 2 years and apts that have been abandon and done nothing about. The association does nothing with the money. We constantly get trucks dumping all there trash into our bins. It was a good place before not anymore.
