Riverside offers some of the more affordable housing throughout Tampa. This includes single-family homes that have been built from the 1920s on. Most of these are found around the north end of Riverside, and there are also some townhouses available, particularly towards the south end. Many of these are quite centrally located, and while a little more expensive, also offer premium amenities. As for the sizes of homes, they are generally smaller than 2000 ft.², and don’t sit on a significant amount of property. Several different apartment communities are also scattered throughout Riverside, including along the River.
