My wife and I are incredible pleased with our house. We searched all over Naples and Bonita and Ft. Myers and nothing even came close to the value and the beauty of owning a home here. The neighbors are so nice, everyone waves to you when you drive by and there's no pressure to join the many activities they have here. Those who wish to participate in the activities will be very happy, there's all kinds of things going on everyday. If your looking for a 55 and over community that cares about it's residents and can own an incredible home which you can have a dog or cat and not have to worry about an Association that's overpowering, this is the place.
