Rock Creek Villas

My wife & I moved to Rock Creek Villas in December, 2020. There are 2 styles of homes from 2 different builders. The quality of all the homes appears to be high. The community is small, but active. One of the 1st things you will notice about RCV is that the people are very warm & welcoming. People look out for one another, and make a sincere effort to get to know you. There is a nice clubhouse with a small gym, large common room, and smaller meeting rooms. Even with covid, there are small socially distanced workout sessions. The community is advertising the addition of more amenities, i.e. horseshoe pits, putting green, bocce area, and/or shuffleboard. Let's hope so! We are very close to local shops & restaurants. Easy access to golf courses, local Y, and public parks. You can get quick access to main highways I64 & I295, which will take you anywhere toward Richmond or Williamsburg. A brand new VCU Health ER just down the road, an auto repair shop right across Route 60. My wife & and I were disappointed to discover that 55+ communities in Hanover, Henrico, & Chesterfield almost never have advertised openings! Moving to Rock Creek Villas and New Kent Co. has been an appealing, affordable, and welcome opportunity!
