A nice place to live
Roseheart is a fantastic neighborhood for all. You don’t have to be 55+ years old to live there! It is NOT a retirement community! It is a gated neighborhood with a club house, a nice size pool, a tennis court, a walking trail and many more! You live there as you would live at the luxury resort. HOA takes care of your front and back property. No more yard work! Just peace and quiet! We need more your families with kids. Close to 1604, I-35, plenty of medical buildings, and 25 to the Riverwalk and Sea World! So, come and see what a life in SA can offer.
Great little neighborhood
This is a great option for gated, lifestyle living. Was through here a few months ago with an agent and the place looked very appealing and had a nice clubhouse for gathering and activities. They had the pool open and folks looked like they were having a good time. Not quite 55+ yet but see myself living in a place like this.
