Buyer beware

Dysfunctional HOA. Some homes look terrible, unkempt and get free passes. Others are beautiful and get citations and nasty letters for dirty mailboxes. It’s crazy and an abuse of power. Stay out of phase 2 and 4. Phase 1 and 3 are managed differently. Phase 2 has cameras everywhere; it’s like being on the Truman show. Most residents are awful, don’t work and have too much time on their hands and will complain and nitpick everything. A lot of rentals including some section 8. Trust me; stay out of phase 2 yeah good luck getting to work with the school zone.
