Firstly, the condo is in Foothill Ranch masterplanned community, pretty much it’s own city all HOA, and separate from Lake Forest which annexed it many years ago. Quiet, safe with a nice balance of families and couples/some single professionals and seniors. The complex always keeps up with maintenance and upgrades. We just got new garage, fencing and exterior paint. Plenty of free parking for guests and additional cars,more than any community I have ever seen. Very rare to find the large two bedrooms for sale in here, maybe one comes on market every 2 years or so. 3 bedrooms, smaller 2 and one bedrooms come up occasionally and are sold quickly. Across the street is a large Foothill Ranch community park with sports fields, playground and picnic areas. Elementary school is walking distance 5min. Whiting Ranch wilderness park is Everything you need Target, restaurants, grocery, home stores, all are within a 5 minute drive or just walk a 1/2 mile down the hill. Great place for living relatively care free.
