Many of the homes were built throughout the 1940s and 1950s and have been completely remodeled, offering premium appliances, high-end tile floors, and much more. For those who prefer less property upkeep, there are also several condos within San Marco, primarily found just south of Southbank.

Where to Eat

Lots of restaurants are found throughout San Marco, especially along San Marco Boulevard, where the neighborhood's more popular establishments attract locals. There are casual chain restaurants, several cozy cafés, as well as trendy wine bars that serve tapas and brick-oven pizzas.
