I LOVE LIVING HERE!
I love the peaceful atmosphere in San Michele. Things are well kept and well managed. Sitting on the little porch is one of my favorite things to do in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the afternoon. San Michele is all ages and has a playground, pool, tennis courts and a half court basketball. The neighbors are kind and get along with one another very good, we have made great friends here.
As a Realtor, I know property. These units are well built, easy to maintain and very quiet. They may seem small from the outside but are very spacious on the inside and even have their own garage in the home . This is a great bang for the buck in a location that is central to everything. Some of the businesses that are within walking distance are Panera, Publix, CVS, Sonic, Starbucks and Culver's to name a few!
