Beware of HOA Dues
Our HOA dues are increasing to over $300/month. The pool is mostly in the shade. There have been a few nights where gunshots have gone off. One went into a neighbor's home, they are coming from the Greenway. The residents are friendly. People don't pick up after their dogs. HOA board meetings are entertaining as there's a good bit of disrespect that comes out.
