Santa Rita Ranch

Santa Rita Ranch features an impressive collection of indoor and outdoor amenities. The latest amenity is The Green, an outdoor recreational area that offers a spacious lawn, splash zone, playground, outdoor fitness area, food truck court, obstacle courses, and basketball and volleyball courts. The pool area features a junior Olympic-size leisure pool and lap pool, kids’ splash park, and two water slides. The Ranch House has a patio, porch, lookout deck, and great room for entertaining and relaxing. The Farm House provides plenty of outdoor space along with a patio, and the Wellness Barn is home to two studios, fitness classes, and a fitness center. Santa Rita Ranch is also home to a network of parks and trails that wind throughout the community, offering a space to exercise while enjoying the outdoors. Residents of Santa Rita Ranch are served by the Georgetown Independent School District and the Liberty Hill Independent School District, both of which have been recognized for academic excellence. Plans for additional schools within the community have been approved, including a new elementary school and private school, which will be within walking distance for students living in the community.
