Lived here for over 20 years, and see great improvements over the past year. A nice friendly atmosphere, quiet and close to all the shopping and concerts next door. New look on roadways, new stacked stone features and lots of good things coming up. I like what I see!

In a very busy area across from Sawgrass Mills Mall and next to BB&T arena, but all that noise goes silent when you drive through the gates and down the private roadways. Perfect location within walking distance of Mall retail and major restaurants, concerts and hockey games 2 blocks away. Maintenance very low for area, under $100/mo. Pet-friendly and people-friendly, lots of dog walkers and wildlife from the natural bird sanctuary rookery that is habitat to over 500 ibis, heron and wood stork.
