Not a friendly HOA

I have never received so many complaints from this HOA. I understand keeping it clean but the petty letters are so annoying. Garbage can left out on the same day it was picked up, 1 bush with grass growing into, basketball hoop left out when the kids were still playing. I would not recommend this neighborhood.
