Great Neighborhood

Severs Landing is located in the heart of Palm Harbor and walking distance to the Palm Harbor Middle School and is in the sought after Palm Harbor University High School district. The homes are larger style homes at an affordable price. The subdivision is beautifully maintained. Great neighborhood!
