BEWARE: The Management Is Criminal And Abusive

Mary Jo A
I lived here for about five years, in one of the largest places. I was a victim of management here & so was the person in the newest trailer. They have their targets followed by friends who report back your location, so the management knows when they may safely enter or break into your home. They vandalize the contents as well as steal valuables. They go through EVERYTHING. The goal is to terrorize the Resident into moving, so the Rays, the management, get a portion of the sales price. They plant microchips in televisions, and use their WiFi network (“Coco”, on Xfinity) to broadcast your television, or to control your television & thermostat. At the same time, they will report you as “crazy”, or “delusional” to Police, and loudly throughout the park. It is intended to isolate you, and prevent law enforcement from investigating your valid complaints of being serially victimized. I was not alone in this experience. After their other victim sold his home the new owners knew they were victims within the first week. After my neighbor died the Rays bullied her daughter into handing over the Certificate of Title. They just stood at her door yelling abuse for close to an hour, and refused to leave. Their abuse is usually outrageously profane, and often includes threats of violence. They stole my Certificate of Title from my mailbox, along with other critically important mail. The replacement Title will take about two months to arrive, so the valid Owner will owe an additional $1,000 to management. Owners of less expensive places just sell to them. The violence is real; they don’t just threaten. I was a victim, and know of another. He is a disabled Vietnam Veteran that John Ray attacked from behind. I had no phone after their attack & the Rays called the Police. Unfortunately certain Lodi Officers act as errand boys here, and those were the ones who responded. They never listened to what happened to me, never used a flashlight to see my injuries in total darkness, refused to lock my home, and arrested me. The Officer told me, “John never hit you. He never connected”. Then when he took me to the Police Station and saw me covered with contusions and bruises, he justified my arrest by claiming I “admitted” starting the attack. I had been disabled for 23 years at that time, by a brutal attack. I carried a cane for 13 of those years, and carefully considered how I would use it to defend myself. We were in front of cameras I knew were on their home. They knew they were turned off. It is claimed that I didn’t attack with the weapon in my hand, my cane, but set it down to attack with my fingernails. The longest were about 1/8 inch long, and evenly rounded. And I bit the finger or thumb that was shoved into my mouth to keep me from screaming while they repeatedly pounded the back of my head into two steel supports for an awning. I needed an ambulance, but the cop never used a flashlight in total darkness. So I am being prosecuted for the wound on the hand my attacker shoved into my mouth, and for arm wounds the female claimed I made with fingernails that didn’t actually exist. She had showed those around the mobile home park two days before that attack, and most people believed her violent husband made them. I was covered in bruises, had a fractured rib & toe, and spent about six weeks in bed with a concussion. They go around screaming “I am going to beat you up AGAIN”, jumping up & down & with outrageous obscenities. Everyone knows they had me arrested after beating me severely, and lying to their buddy cops. It terrorizes other Residents. There is also a recurring issue of huge spills of raw sewage in Shady Acres. Until 2014, the sewage from my neighbors’ trailer ran in an open ditch across her little yard. And when there are spills at inconvenient times they just order 44 residences not to flush the toilet, for as much as 40 hours. It isn’t called “Shady” because of the trees. Move here if you would like to experience a third world country controlled by despots.
