Quiet and friendly neighborhood!
We had the pleasure of living in Shady Hollow Estates for 23 years. It is a wonderful place to call home. The families and couples who live here are very friendly and take pride in keeping their homes and yards beautiful. It is a quiet and peaceful place to enjoy the greenbelt views, birds and deer. Our home also had wonderful sunset views. The nearby schools, Bowie High, Bailey Middle and Baranoff Elem. are all award winning top rated schools. The homeowners association does a good job of enforcing the covenants and restrictions which protects property values. The one acre home sites offer privacy and room for a pool, dog run, garden and even tennis courts. The location is convenient to both Mopac and I-35 for commuting. Randalls Grocery store, CVS, Starbucks, a gas station and restaurants are all a 5 minute drive.
