Shagbark Lake is nice
Shagbark Lake is a fun and easy way to have fun. In the lake is IL fish, crayfish, turtles, and more. This lake is man-made, but in the spring, tons of algae grows and almost makes it impossible. I believe that the owners of Shagbark Lake should drain out all of the water and save the animals. Then they should fill it back up with water, and let fish, turtles, and more back in the lake. If you're lucky, while you are on the boat, you can meet the giant turtle of Des Plaines, a large snapping turtle that comes up for air on rare occasions. Its head is as big as a grown man's fist. Maybe bigger
