LOVE this neighborhood!

Meg O
We moved into Sharon Walk back in July and are so grateful to have found such an awesome neighborhood! Our neighbors have been kind and have gone out of their way to welcome us to the community since moving in. The pool and playground are beautiful, yards are maintained well, and there are plenty of kids and families of all ages. We love that the park and shops are so close by for convenience, we would definitely recommend Sharon Walk and are so happy to be here!!

Great place to live!

As a 22 year resident I've seen the neighborhood turn over a few times. We've had lots of kids born and now graduate from college. We plan to stay as its a great place where neighbors reach out and help eachother when needed.

Great family neighborhood

Sharon Walk is a fantastic enclave of 83 homes with substantial lots. The neighborhood has recently been turning over to young families with small kiddos.....wonderful to see! I’ve lived here over 20 years and appreciate the reasonable HOA fees (no tennis to maintain but we have a great pool/amenity area; Sharon Springs Park is next door within walking distance and offers free tennis courts). Brand new front neighborhood entrance is a showstopper!

A Quality Family Neighborhood That Has Improved Over Time

Frank W
Have been a resident of Sharon Walk since it's first year of existence. Over time, the neighborhood have grown into one of the most stable and desirable communities of it's size in the area. It has retained a strong family atmosphere due to the folks who live there. Sure, a few residents may have an occasional issue with their HOA - but that is common in every community, regardless of size. Overall, Sharon Walk has maintained it street appeal and has improved on it's desirability over the years. This can't be said for every community of the same age.
