Great community, low fees

This is a great community with exceptionally low fees for all the features - pool, sports court, clubhouse, Mainenance team!

Very poorly managed - Lots of Trash

The association has a high rental rate and turnover. The association does not do a good job of controlling renters, approximately 30% of the 600 homes.
