Shiloh Creek is vey nice aesthetically pleasing neighborhood. Little misleading. Where you live should make you comfortable. You should feel comfortable about your neighbors and the safety around you. Regardless of what is posted. There is NO OFFICIAL HOA and never has been a CDD for this subdivision. There are some long time residents that try to enforce what they want but in turn will not do anything other than exercise their JAWS. When confronted that the HOA is canceled as of 1993, they are still trying to enforce. They collect dues and are not accountable for Audit in Florida Statues. Check sinbiz.org enter name "SHILOH CREEK HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC." and see for yourself. Cross Check any of the name from 1993 an COJ.com and none of them are homeowners. Additionally there are no documents on file with the "City of Jacksonville" or "Duval Clerks office" recording any "CC&R" ie (Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions), additionally the property owners request funds without providing documention of basic rules and compliance they are tying to establish, Just give us your "Money". This should lead to a formal investigation into a audit of the monies they have obtained as well as their expenditure activities. Nice to your Face and talk behind your back.
