The parking situation is terrible

Andrew S
The townhomes themselves are quite nice, but the parking accommodations are nowhere near adequate for the number of homes in this community. If you have just one car, you'll have no problem. If you have two or more cars, then the parking will drive you crazy. There are over 300 total homes in this community , but only around 40 or so overflow parking spots (including street parking). Considering that most houses have at 2-3 cars, there is often not enough parking to go around. Many people choose to not use their garages and instead take a valuable community space on a permanent basis. Exacerbating the issue are the homes' ridiculous single car driveways. these make it so that even those who DO use their garage will often have to park one car on the street temporarily to avoid blocking the car in the garage. If you have more than one vehicle in your household, I strongly suggest you avoid this place. You will regret it.
