I've visited Southern Meadow on several occasions; Everyone was Friendly and welcoming. I was impressed with the amount of home for the money. Each home that I toured has spacious bedrooms, massive storage space. Both bathrooms are of ample size. I can really appreciate the 2-car garage. There is Truly a sense of Community Spirit! The only downside is the comparably high monthly H.O.A.fees;
However, I do like the fact the there are many desired amenities at Southern Meadow.
What a wonderful place to live!! Everyone has been so welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful.
Our home is just what we had hoped for and we are delighted to have made this move.
