Not Too shabby!
Family has been in the park for 20+years, there has been some management turn over through the years, but the current manager does a decent job for the task at hand. Neighbors are quiet for the most part and respectful to others. We have a Facebook Neighborhood Watch type group that is geared towards allowing residents to communicate about safety and awareness. We have a lot of families in here, so kids are all over the place most days. Our pool area is decent, hot tub will be re-done soon, rec hall is neat, it has ample space for a party and has a kitchen. Community Culture is mixed and we all get along pretty well.
