Great Neighborhood conveniently located near DC and Baltimore

The Spring Ridge Community is located in Frederick County Maryland. Spring Ridge consists of 1432 homes and is located just minutes away from historic downtown Frederick and is convenient to both Washington D.C and Baltimore, MD. It has several pools, playgrounds, athletic fields/courts, walking paths, bike trails, and professional/retail offices for all your needs. This beautiful community has condos, townhomes, and single family homes. Very active community groups and associations.
