Spruce Creek South

We bought our house in Spruce Creek South in 2016. We love it here. People are so friendly and we could be busy 24/7 if we wanted to. Great place!!!

A very nice community and everyone seems so nice, and the real estate office was very nice to do business with. We liked our agent, he was excellent to show us around the development and very up front with us. Glad we bought here in Spruce Creek South.

Spruce Creek South has lots of friendly people. It's a casual community with budget-friendly homes. I like the fact that it is gated for privacy too. I am involved in many of the clubs and enjoy spending time with my friends here.

We love this place. It's like a little bit of Heaven on Earth. We've been homeowners at Spruce Creek South(SCS)for a year and a half and we enjoy living here. Our neighbors are friendly and genuinely care about each other. We immediately felt at home and welcome here. The home sites are large, the homes are well kept and the common properties are well maintained and up to date. At SCS there are a wide range of activities available for the homeowners who can participate in as many or as few as they wish.
