Sterling Ridge

House hunting a few years ago, we turned into Sterling Ridge and immediately thought "wow, this looks great". Small and private neighborhood with elegant homes, nice landscaping everywhere, no hanging utility lines, trees lining the backyards on both sides of the street. Harrell Homes built almost all of it and they have great appreciation for making each home architecturally unique and interesting. Their interiors also have great cabinetry and design features. We were hooked and did not look at another property after we picked out one here in Sterling Ridge that was under construction. Turned out to be a good investment as well, growing in value pretty sharply in just a couple years.

This neighborhood is the most unique we've seen

After looking searching for weeks with realtors we purchased directly from Harrell Homes. We lived all over the south with my job but are happier than we've ever been with our house and Sterling Ridge. You pay a little more but is well worth it !
