HOA

The neighborhood has its positives like good people and close to the schools...The HOA is atrocious at 60 dollars a month to start..there is no park and the pool does not go past 4 feet..The HOA will flag you for the smallest of issues and will not take care of there own issues that was promised...Personally i regret moving to the neighborhood as a first time home buyer Because of the nonsense of the HOA...investigate before you buy here
