Stewart’s Forest not only offers homebuyers beautifully-wooded lots and rolling greenbelts, but the community pool is a great place for residents to escape the Texas heat with some fun in the sun. The recreation area also includes a playground for younger children and a parking lot for easy vehicular access. The community’s landscaped streets are a great place to take a meditative stroll alone or with the whole family. Just across I-45, residents will find a few eateries, Conroe Regional Medical Center, a coffee shop, and a local bank. An equally short drive in the opposite direction is Carl Barton Jr. Park, boasting 10 miles of jogging and walking trails, a covered picnic table area, over a dozen athletic fields, and a small pond for fishing. The community’s proximity to I-45 also allows for easy access to The Woodlands Mall as well as a wealth of shopping options in downtown Conroe. Lake Conroe, less than 20 miles away, is a fantastic way to enjoy the outdoors either along the lakeshore at Lake Conroe Park or by getting out on the water in a boat or on a paddle board. Stewart’s Forest is served by the Conroe Independent School District. Wilkinson Elementary is barely over a mile from the community’s entrance, Bozman Intermediate and Peet Junior High are each around six miles away, and Conroe High is less than four miles from Stewart’s Forest.
