Nice homes: very few families, HOA stinks
Nice homes: very few families, HOA offers no neighborhood amenities but is very excessive in dictating in what you can and can not do with your own home.
Be sure to read everything: expection Article 6 , Section 2 (the mother may I clause).
You have to ask for permission to plant anything in your own yard. I'd go somewhere else
