Love my ranch home in Stone Close Subdivision
I purchased my home in 2012 during the economic crisis for an amazing price. Currently in 2021, the houses in my subdivision get offers within a couple of days that they are listed on the market. The ranch style open floor plans are very desirable now that the fastest growing population are people 50 and over. I love that my neighbors surrounding me are retired. Stone Close is still nicely maintained and still a great place in the Lithonia/Stonecrest area. I upgraded my kitchen with Quartz countertops and my place looks nice and modernized. Thus is a great place to live as my child is 20 and doesn't worry about the school system...she graduated from Chamblee High in 2019. It only take me 15 to 18 minutes to drive to work at Georgia State University in the heart of downtown Atlanta. This is a convenient and nice place to live.
