We have one of the Kensington homes here and really love the floor plan, especially the ceilings that are very high with unique angles. We also have a great loft space we use completely for recreation (TV room and then we set up the extra bedroom as a work-out room). Even though yes the gym at the clubhouse is great, sometimes it's just nice to stay home and exercise, especially when it's freezing cold out and I don't want to venture out!
We really like Stonegate because it is a lot smaller than many of the other big Del Webb and Carillon communities around town. The people are friendly and we've made some great friends here.
Mix of old and new
This neighborhood has two phases with newer homes being built in the newest phase. I love the ranch homes and low maintenance. Nice to not have to think about shoveling snow!
