Great neighborhood
Beautiful community, several lake homesites, great H.O.A. rates, huge park with tennis courts and basketball hoops , 3 parks with children's playground, let's face it, if you dont take of house and landscape you will get a warning and possibly fined, an H.O.A. IS A MUST HAVE, IF YOU WANT A BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD.
RACIST COMMUNITY
I can't believe in 2020 that I am writing this but Sugar Mills Lakes in Palmetto Florida is on the RACIST communities I have experienced. They allow their homeowners to BULLY, Cuber Bully and they aid in acts of prejudice against other home owners and ESPECIALLY RENTERS of a specific nationality and race. Numerous individuals have had this same complaint but THIS HOA takes it lightly or just flat out doesn't care. I believe the news media and other social media sources need to shine a light on this community and brings this foolishness to an end. This will not be tolerated anymore.
