Our HOA contracted with a local well known landscape + management company in 2017. To date Summer Chase landscape is lush and healthy. Our roads were repaved two-months ago. Aesthetically Summer Chase improved exponentially. The previous review was true then, but no longer.
As a resident for the past 7 years, I have seen a steady decline in the area of property management. Overall, this is a very nice community. Homes are well maintained and owners take pride in their property. The issues I have is lawn maintenance and lack of property managements concerns for dealing with such issues. They put their contractors problems above resident's concerns and provide excuses instead of solutions. Work orders need to be submitted for work that should be performed as usual. If we had known how poor the management company was, we would not have purchased a home in Summer Chase.
