Summer Lakes

Summer Lakes offers trails that wind around the three community lakes, a resort-style pool and a community clubhouse, a children’s playground and splash pad, and manicured gardens throughout the community. The community is also adjacent to the Brazos Town Center, home to shopping, dining, and retail options, and minutes away from the local Kroger Marketplace and Cinemark movie theater. River’s Run residents also have access to the many dining, shopping, and entertainment options in downtown Rosenberg, from local boutiques to restaurants and theaters. Summer Lakes is served by the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District, which has been honored as a HEB Excellence in Education School District and is home to National Blue Ribbon Schools. Arredondo Elementary is located in the community of Summer Lakes, allowing for an easy commute for Pre-K through fifth grade students. Sixth grade students attend Ryon Middle School, seventh and eighth grade students attend Antoinette Reading Junior High, and high school students attend George Ranch High School.
