Summerwood

I just bought a house here and not only did we love our house, we love how beautiful the neighborhood looks with it’s well kept sideways, gazebo, lily ponds and two parks for our kids! There is a high sense of pride of ownership and every house is well kept and some owners added updated features of curb appeal. HOA is very low which is a plus! All they do is keep the common areas, play ground and pond clean. Also they refill the dog bags for us. I would prefer they monitor that a little better since some neighbors don’t close it probably and get bags everywhere sometimes. Overall, everyone doing their part to keep this neighborhood beautiful!
