Sun City Palm Desert is the BEST 55+ Community
I moved to this fantastic community a few years ago with some hesitation as I am still working 5 days a week. However not only did I find living here was as enjoyable as staying at a resort, the people I have met have been so friendly and welcoming and with super fast internet, a low cost landline and excellent cell service I am easily able to work from my home office when I want to. SCPD is right off of the I-10 freeway, which makes my commute super easy. The fitness centers, pickle ball, tennis courts and swimming pools are all open late so I can use them when I get back from work and they even have evening entertainment. I also take advantage of the 18 hole putting course and occasionally the golf course on my days off. I never thought I’d be able to afford this life style as I approach my retirement, moving to Sun City Palm Desert is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They have now won the Best of Desert award and Medallion Community award and have added a Fused Glass craft studio and one of my favorites water volleyball.
Sun City Palm Desert
We couldn't be happier with our decision to purchase our home in Sun City, at first it was our weekend getaway but now happy to be full time residents. We love the life style Sun City offers, it's like living at a resort with all of the amenities, golf, tennis, pools, pickle ball and so many clubs. We weren't sure how we would fit in, being that we are on the younger side and not retired yet but wow its perfect for us. Everyone is so welcoming and watch out for each other. Happy to have our forever home here.
Resort living
It's like living in a resort or a high end country club, without the high monthly membership fees and costs. Beautiful clubhouses and great golf courses.
