Surprise Farms

Residents at Surprise Farms have plenty of amenities at their disposal. With more than 45 open greenspaces and well over 15 parks, there's more than enough outdoor space for residents to remain active while enjoying nature. At the community's center is the Surprise Farms Community Park, which features a dog park, picnic areas, walking trails, a splash pad, skateboarding area, and four baseball diamonds complete with bleachers, covered dugouts, and bathrooms. The Surprise Farms Community Private Park is another smaller park near the Greystone Homes subdivision that features a full basketball court, a sand volleyball court, playground, and shaded picnic areas. Surprise Farms also has green belts that cut through the neighborhoods, which not only add to the ease of access for pedestrians but also provide plenty of green expanses with beautiful landscaping for peaceful scenic walks. The footpath system is extensive enough that cyclists and joggers can plan routes, although cyclists may prefer the roads as the neighborhood has a residential speed limit.
