Luxury Townhomes!
Great neighborhood with luxury finishes. Easy access to downtown Palatine and the Metra. Restaurants and shopping close by too!
Beware of horrible HOA
To anyone looking at this community please beware of a horrible HOA. They fine you for anything and constantly raise the fees. Landscaping is done to bare minimum. As a resident you have no say and after a period of time you will want to sell your house and leave! Many of the listed homes are because of terrible HOA. I wish someone told me this before I purchased my home!!!

Great place to live, shop and relax!
We have lived in Sutton Park Place for about a year and are very happy here! Our place is close to 4 different grocery stores and Deer Park Mall which is an excellent shopping center. In addition, we are close to downtown Palatine which has a great selection of restaurants and entertainment!
