Sweet Briar Farms

The homes are in fact gorgeous and they build an excellent product. I have met Jim Chapman personally and can attest to the fact that they are very dedicated to the customer and making a great experience. Would recommend this community anyone looking in the area. Only a few minutes from historic, downtown Woodstock and very close to shopping including a large outlet mall and plenty of restaurants.

The homes are pretty awesome, BUT we had a terrible time getting answers when we tried to purchase a home from them. For every question we had it took a week to get an answer. Then when we didn't pull the trigger fast enough we were told that if we didn't sign a contract with in 3 days they would have to raise the price and we would have to start all over again. It was very discouraging and their business practices are less than desired when spending the amount of money they were asking.. They also wanted an exorbitant amount of money up front with no build date in sight. They are selling like hot cakes and I guess we asked too many questions. Needless to say we walked away from this potential disaster.
