Lovely, quiet area with good neighbors. Homes could use some updates. HOA doesn't include lawn care or snow removal as it states on this website.

I relocated here from NY. I love it here. People are down to earth and theres a real community here. The homes are nice little ranches and many are very nice and updated. Theres a renaissance happening here and it's quite honestly the best deal in real estate.
Homes are poorly made . They are out dated
They do not keep the area well
