Sweetwater

Sweetwater describes itself as a “resort-style” community, and that goal becomes obvious when looking through their impressive list of amenities. Sweetwater’s community center, the Sweetwater Club, occupies 10 acres at the heart of the complex. Residents can head here for a clubhouse available for events and meetings, a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio equipment, free weights, and a private room for yoga classes, athletic courts and fields, an enormous three-level pool adjacent to the club, and 700 acres of open natural landscapes and hiking trails to explore on foot or on a mountain bike. Sweetwater will also soon welcome a second club space known as the Overlook Club, which will feature two new community pools, a clubhouse designed for parties and events, and an observation deck overlooking the Hill Country landscape. Kids living at Sweetwater will attend schools operated by the Lake Travis Independent School District, which appears on US News and World Report’s ranking of the best high schools in the country and boasts a very high graduation rate.
